Today, the company LUXYSAB mainly sells, on the online sales site  www.luxySab.com , technical and comfortable clothing and underwear, but the product categories are likely to evolve in the future.

Initially, parcels can only be shipped territorially to:

  • Metropolitan France (including Corsica) and Monaco,

  • European Union, Switzerland and Norway,

  • and exceptionally outside this zone.

These general terms and conditions aim to define the terms of sale between the company LUXYSAB and its customers. A customer under these general terms and conditions is any non-commercial natural person who orders on the website  www.luxySab.com .

Discounts and gifts

Only one discount (example: promo code) is granted per product.

In the event that a computer problem results in a duplication of discounts or gifts, the invoice will be blocked until payment is regularized or the order is cancelled.

Gifts are offered based on the product purchased. These gifts are listed on the product pages in question.

The customer cannot claim any reduction or compensation in the event that he refuses the gifts offered to him, the site  www.luxySab.com  bearing all costs relating to these gifts, including shipping costs.

Gifts are not guaranteed, returned or exchanged.

Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included and excluding shipping and order preparation costs.

As the prices of the company's suppliers are constantly changing, the prices displayed on the site are subject to change at any time. They are also subject to change due to launch prices, promotions or sales.

All prices are given subject to obvious typographical error.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT applies to sales made to residents of the European Union.

Rate

The VAT rate applied depends on the country of delivery of the goods. It is, as a percentage of the value of the goods sold, 20.00% for delivery in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco.

Shipping costs

Order preparation and transport costs are charged based on the contents and weight of the package (excluding gifts), the country of delivery, and the chosen carrier.

Shipping costs may be offered free of charge on an ad hoc basis as part of marketing operations.

Insurance

On the website  www.luxySab.com , the packages shipped are insured up to 23 euros / kg. The amount of the insurance is included in the shipping costs.

Order Placement

Confirmation

Cancelation

In such a case, and if the customer really no longer wants the products he ordered, he must refuse the package upon receipt, i.e. return it unopened with the note "package refused". The amount of the order will be refunded by transfer less the shipping and order preparation costs.

Product availability

The products are sold within the limits of available stocks. Default of payment

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to all of your personal data at any time by writing and providing proof of your identity to:

Retention of title

Orders placed online are collected every morning, Monday through Friday, and therefore the company processes orders from the previous day within one day.

The customer must in principle allow two days of preparation (order processing, invoicing, product preparation, packaging) before shipping for a product that the company has in stock and that the customer has paid for by credit card.

Transport time

Delivery times

Right of withdrawal : Satisfaction or money back procedure

Existence

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the product he has purchased, article L120-20 of the Consumer Code states that he has the possibility of canceling his purchase within 7 days of receiving his package, the postmark being proof, it being specified that the product must be returned in perfect condition for resale, packed in its original packaging. Guarantees

Legal guarantee

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee described in article L211-1 of the consumer code which includes articles 1641 to 1648 of the civil code.

As a reminder, this guarantee is due by the seller under 4 conditions:

  • that the product defect is hidden,

  • that it is prior to the conclusion of the sales contract,

  • that it is so important that the customer would not have bought it or would have offered a lower price,

  • that the action be brought within a short time from the discovery of the defect.
